IT has been said charity is taught at home, and Mia Gill’s family in Abbotsford exemplifies that.  From on early, Gill’s parents instilled in her the importance to give back to the community. 

Since 2013 she has been donating the money she receives for her birthday to the Abbotsford Regional Hospital Pediatrics unit. In total Gill has donated over $2,700.

This year she shared the experience of giving with her cousin Gavin to show him the importance of making a difference for kids in the community.
