No injuries in Maple Ridge structure fire

RIDGE Meadows RCMP are investigating an early morning structure fire at a building in the 22200-block of Lougheed Highway.

At approximately 4:50 a.m. on Thursday, July 3, police were notified of the structure fire. They found that Maple Ridge Fire and Rescue Services were already on scene.

All occupants of the building were evacuated, and there were no injuries. There was minor damage to the building, police said.

Police and Maple Ridge Fire and Rescue Services remained on scene for several hours investigating the cause of the fire.

Police are seeking witnesses or persons who may have camera footage from the area.
