There will be a funeral service for Bibi, Balwant Kaur Mangat, BA LLB, who graduated from Punjab University with a law degree. For many years she owned and operated Canada Wide Immigration Services from 1989 to 1997.

She is the daughter of Sohan Singh Dhaliwal, MLA from 1952 to 1957 in Baghapurana Tehsil Moga, and Gurdial Kaur, teacher at Government High school from 1965 to 1975.

The service will be held on Saturday, August 13 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Five Rivers Funeral Home (Riverside Hall) at 7410 Hopcott Road, Delta.
