ON Friday, October 31 at approximately 1:21 a.m., Langley RCMP responded to a report of a single-vehicle collision on Glover Road, north of Highway 10. Responding officers located a vehicle off the roadway on the east side of Glover Road.

“One person has tragically lost their life and another taken to hospital,” said Sgt. Zynal Sharoom of Langley RCMP. “At this time impairment and speed have not been ruled out as contributing factors in this collision.”

The Integrated Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Service (ICARS) has deployed to the area to assist with the investigation. The 7600-block of Glover Road remains closed while investigators are on scene. Motorists are asked to avoid the area and find alternate routes.
