ONTARIO: Bhupinder Sandhu of Mississauga charged in a series of break-and-enters

ONTARIO’S Peel Regional Police investigators have arrested a man who is alleged to be responsible for a series of break-and-enters within the region.

Between July and September 2021, multiple businesses in Peel Region were broken into, which resulted in the suspect removing automated teller machines.

After a lengthy investigation by officers from the Break and Enter Unit, a suspect was identified and arrested.

Bhupinder Sandhu, 36, of Mississauga, was charged with:

* Five counts of break and enter
* Two counts of theft under $5,000
* Five counts of breach of probation order
* Possession of property obtained by crime
* Possession of break-in instruments
Sandhu appeared at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton on October 27 in answer to the charges.
