Surrey RCMP to “Pack the Police Car” with Food Donations

Starting this August 14th, the Surrey RCMP will be inviting the community to help “Pack the Police Car” with non-perishable food donations in support of the Surrey Food Bank’s new 65+ Seniors Distribution. This program offers our community’s valued seniors a chance to collect their food in a respectful and non-rushed environment while providing them with nutritious choices such as high protein and low sodium options.

Surrey RCMP will be on hand outside various PriceSmart and Save-On-Food locations from the 14th through 17th of August, 2013 with a marked “Police Car” accepting food and cash donations to help families in need during the summer season.
