CONTINUING a 90-year tradition, the PNE has awarded a brand new Prize Home package to Ken Wong from Vancouver — the winner of the 2024 PNE Prize Home.

The 2024 PNE Prize Home was built by Miracon Developments. It showcases exquisite architectural craftsmanship and artisanal interior design by Brown & Co. Valued at $2.35 million, the home is fully furnished by Yaletown Interiors, energy efficient with the support of BC Hydro, with smart technology supplied by Best Buy and Samsung, a Husqvarna yard care package, and an EV charger in the 2-car garage. The expansive floor plan boasts 3,486 square feet of meticulously crafted living spaces over 3 levels, including 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, den, media room, and a 2-bedroom basement suite.
The PNE awarded $825,115 to lucky 50/50 winner Kevan Wilkinson of Richmond.
This year, 549,368 Prize Home tickets were sold, with proceeds from the lottery supporting a variety of non-profit programs at the PNE, including agriculture, community, educational incentives, arts, and a large number of other local programs.
