A shooting in downtown Vancouver at Robson and Richards streets on Saturday evening sent people scrambling for cover as bullets flew around. At the scene, Vancouver police officers refused to divulge any information. Many markers lay around a black vehicle on Robson Street. It appeared that the black vehicle rammed a white vehicle on Robson. There were bullet holes in the window of a car and one in the window of a Tim Hortons.
Also, a video posted later by 6ixAK_TV (TheDirtyNews.com) shows two males emerging from a white vehicle and shooting away at the person(s) in the black vehicle that slams into a white vehicle. One person is seen exiting the vehicle and darting off. One of the attackers keeps shooting at the fleeing man, while the other one keeps shooting relentlessly at the vehicle. Then the other attacker also returns to resume pumping bullets into the vehicle. The two attackers finally run back to their vehicle.

Around 9:15 p.m., Vancouver Police said in a press release that they were investigating a targeted shooting in the downtown core. Multiple witnesses began calling 9-1-1 around 5:40 p.m., after shots were fired near Richards and Robson streets.
Evidence indicates the shooting was targeted, but at this time there are no known injuries and no arrests have been made, police said.
Additional VPD officers have been deployed to the downtown core, and investigators will work throughout the night to collect evidence from the crime scene.

A police spokesperson later told the media that the targeted individual was involved in “gang activity” and “organized crime activity.”
