CANADA Post announced on Thursday that the delivery service alert for Metro Vancouver has been downgraded to yellow.

This means it will make every effort deliver on Thursday, but there may be delays and it may not reach some addresses because of ongoing icy conditions.

“We encourage customers to clear the ice from their walkways, stairs, and driveways, to ensure safe access to the front door for both their visitors, as well as their mail carriers,” Canada Post added.
