On December 2, Joseph Ebert Charles Lowley turned himself in to authorities in relation to his arrest warrant. Diego Saed has not been located and remains wanted on an arrest warrant in relation to his charges. If anyone has any information in connection to the location of Diego Saed you are requested to contact your local police or Crime Stoppers.
FRIDAY UPDATE:
On December 1, Roger Alfredo Bardales Medina turned himself in to authorities in
relation to his arrest warrant.
THE Public Prosecution Service of Canada (PPSC) has approved 11 counts of criminal charges, including organized crime-related charges, against a number of alleged Wolfpack-aligned drug traffickers as a result of a Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit of British Columbia (CFSEU-BC) investigation.
(Certain groups of the Hells Angels, the Red Scorpions and the Independent Soldiers formed the Wolfpack alliance, as reported in the media, including The VOICE.)
In July 2020, CFSEU-BC began an investigation into the alleged drug trafficking activities of a group of alleged Wolfpack drug traffickers operating in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside. As a result, a number of suspects were identified and between October 2020 and May 2021, multiple search warrants were executed on residences at various Vancouver locations.
Seized during the investigation were:
– 7 prohibited and restricted firearms with over 1,000 rounds of ammunition;
– 10 kilograms of fentanyl;
– 3 kilograms of cocaine;
– 6 kilograms of methamphetamine;
– 72 kilograms of cutting agents, including phenacetin and caffeine;
– $160,000 cash; and
– 3 vehicles
The following people have been charged:
* Joseph Ebert Charles Lowley, a 39-year-old male from Vancouver, has been charged with one count of possession for the purpose of trafficking.
* Vinod Kanna Aruldevarajan, a 27-year-old male from Vancouver, has been charged with one count each of:
o Commission of an offence for criminal organization
o Conspiracy to commit indictable offence
o Trafficking in controlled substance
o Controlled drug/substance for the purpose of trafficking (two counts)
o Loaded/unloaded with ammo prohibited/restricted firearm
o Possess non-firearm unauthorized
* Roger Alfredo Bardales Medina, a 30-year-old male from Burnaby, has been charged with one count each of:
o Commission of an offence for criminal organization
o Conspiracy to commit indictable offence
o Trafficking in controlled substance
o Possessing a controlled drug/substance for the purpose of trafficking (three counts)
o Possession of a loaded/unloaded with ammo prohibited/restricted firearm
o Possess non-firearm unauthorized
* Hemen Hewa Saed, a 30-year-old male from Vancouver, has been charged with one count each of:
o Commission of an offence for criminal organization
o Conspiracy to commit indictable offence
o Trafficking in Controlled Substance
o possessing a controlled drug/substance for the purpose of trafficking (two counts)
o Controlled drug/substance for the purpose of trafficking
* Diego Maradona Saed, a 23-year-old male from New Westminster, has been charged with one count each of:
o Commission of an offence for criminal organization
o Conspiracy to commit indictable offence
o Trafficking in controlled substance
o possessing a controlled drug/substance for the purpose of trafficking (three counts)
o Possession of a loaded/unloaded with ammo prohibited/restricted firearm
o Possess non-firearm unauthorized
* Howjeen Saed, a 27-year-old male from Vancouver, is charged with one count each of:
o Commission of an offence for criminal organization, contrary to section 467.13(1) Criminal Code
o Commission of an offence for criminal organization,
o Conspiracy to commit indictable offence
o Trafficking in controlled substance
o Possessing a controlled drug/substance for the purpose of trafficking (four counts)
o Possession of a loaded/unloaded with ammo prohibited/restricted firearm
o Possess non-firearm unauthorized
Diego Saed, Joseph Lowley and Roger Bardales Medina have not been located and are currently wanted on warrants in relation to their charges. If anyone has any information in connection to their location, you are requested to contact your local police or Crime Stoppers.
“This lengthy and complex investigation resulted in significant seizures of potentially deadly drugs and serious charges against those who take advantage of the most vulnerable in our communities,” said Assistant Commissioner Manny Mann, Chief Officer for CFSEU-BC, on Tuesday.
“Our mandate and ability to investigate anywhere across the Province allows us to target gang members and groups who impact public safety in multiple communities. The Wolfpack has been at the center of violence and drug trafficking for over two decades and we will continue to aggressively pursue them.”
