LANGLEY RCMP on Saturday assisted the City of Langley Engineering Department with a sinkhole on the roadway in the area of 201A Street and Fraser Highway.

Frontline officers responded to the scene along with City of Langley Engineering Department to investigate the incident.

“The right-turning lane from 201A Street onto Fraser Highway is being detoured due to a sinkhole. Motorists and pedestrians are being asked to avoid the area to allow crews to conduct a proper assessment,” said Cpl. Zynal Sharoom of Langley RCMP.
