THE New Westminster Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 44-year-old Shaida Nisha. She was last seen on March 29 at approximately 6 a.m. at her residence in the 300-block of Johnston Street in New Westminster.

“Mrs. Nisha has never been reported as missing before, and we’re asking for the public’s assistance in locating her,” stated Media Relations Officer acting Sgt. Jeff Scott. “She moved to Canada with her husband from the United States, and we’re working with surrounding police agencies, and our American counterparts in attempts to locate her.”

Nisha is of Fijian decent, standing approximately 5 feet tall, with a medium build, long black hair, and was last seen wearing a red shirt and black pants.
