Charges in 2018 homicides of Alfred Wong, 15, and Kevin Whiteside, 23, expected to be announced

VANCOUVER Police Chief Adam Palmer  is reportedly going to announce charges at 11 a.m. in the 2018 homicides of Alfred Wong, 15, and Kevin Whiteside, 23. On January 13, 2018, they were killed at East Broadway Avenue and Ontario Street near Indochine Kitchen and Bar.

Sources say KAYNE CARTER has been arrested in an Ontario jail in the case.
