FOLLOWING an investigation by the New Westminster Police Department, Parmvir Singh Sahota, 30, was charged on December 5 with three counts of aggravated assault in connection to the stabbing of three people on October 26.

“If you ever fear for your safety, know that you can call 9-1-1 and we will be there to help,” said Sgt. Andrew Leaver.

On December 5, Sahota was released with strict conditions. The next court appearance in this matter is on December 18 at the New Westminster Law Courts.
