Citizens who wish to claim posted property as their own will be required to fill out a recovered property form.

Citizens are encouraged to keep records and photos of their property, including serial numbers or other identifying marks.  Having this information will greatly assist in the return of property in the event it is lost or stolen. 

Police suggest marking property with a name and phone number, or driver’s license number, so they know who to contact in the event the property is recovered.
