THE new Canadian passport that has been redesigned from cover to cover with state-of-the-art security features will be unveiled on Wednesday morning by Sean Fraser, Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship.

This passport redesign began in 2013 as a regular process to prevent counterfeiting by integrating new and more modern security features and design techniques.
