FRASER Health announced on Twitter that Surrey welcomed the first New Year’s baby in its region.
Rehmat Pangli was born at 12:29 a.m. on New Year’s Day at Surrey Memorial Hospital.
Little Rehmat weighed in at 3,215 grams or 7 lbs. 1 oz.
Her dad Parvinder and mom Shikha also have a three-year-old daughter, Nimrit.
