Conservatives: Liberal minister admits new immigrants leave Canada because of high costs

THE Conservatives on Tuesday noted that at his press conference, Immigration Minister Marc Miller was asked about the pressing issue of rising onward migration — that is, there is a rapidly increasing number of new immigrants who undergo the difficult journey of relocating their lives to Canada, only to leave shortly after arriving for better opportunities in different countries.

The Conservatives said that Miller admitted the reasons people choose to leave Canada include the extremely high cost of living and insufficient foreign credential recognition after eight years of Justin Trudeau’s Liberal government. LINK

They said that studies are showing that people are moving to places like the United States, or returning to their home countries after learning of what life in Canada after eight years of Trudeau is actually like.

The Conservatives said: “Common sense Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre has been pushing policies to address these specific issues caused by eights years of the incompetent Liberal government:”

“Pierre Poilievre and Canada’s common sense Conservatives will bring home lower prices, bigger paycheques, homes Canadians can afford, and fix Trudeau’s broken immigration system,” the Conservatives claimed.
