Surrey Police Service: Upcoming Information Sessions

IF you are an experienced officer or are considering a career in policing and you would like to be a part of the new and emerging Surrey Police Service (SPS), the SPS invites you to join one of its upcoming information sessions.

Experienced Officers
Join the virtual May 27 information session at 6:30 p.m. to hear the Support Services Deputy Chief and SPS superintendents cover information of special interest to experienced officers, with an emphasis on hiring strategy, career opportunities, compensation and benefits, and more.

New Recruits
The SPS encourages new recruits to virtually join its June 24 information session at 6:30 p.m. The Support Services Deputy Chief and recruiting team will speak about choosing a career in policing and what new recruits should know when considering a career with the SPS. Information will include an overview of the SPS, its hiring strategy, the application process and job requirements. It will also share recommendations for potential applicants on how to prepare now for a career in policing, career paths, an overview of its benefits and compensation, and more.
